I'm a newbie in genealogy, so I'm just starting out. My first focus is going to be on my maternal line. I'd like to see how far back I can get it. I'm currently working on retrieving vital records for my maternal grandparents and with assistance from juanita of the NEWGEN mailing list have found my gg-grandparents on the census records.
